Mailsafe Prerequisites

Mailsafe Outlook Toolbar:
Integrates with Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 on 32bit or 64bit Office environments with .NET4
Microsoft SQL Standard or Enterprise or MySQL can be used as an alternative.

Mailsafe for Exchange Server:
Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013 with Service Pack 2

PST Discovery and Importer:
Installation on a 64bit server or PC running .NET4

Web App:
WebApp Services (IIS) installation on a server running .NET4

Install Process
Prior to installation, the relevant Mailsafe prerequisites will need to be in place enabling a quick and complete installation. Customers are encouraged to inform Mailsafe of possible installation dates as soon as possible to secure the desired day and time.

The installation of Mailsafe will be performed by one of Mailsafe’s expert and qualified Technical Team who have vast knowledge of the Mailsafe products and the environments in which they may be located. It is a remote installation usually performed using Team Viewer remote software and is normally completed in a matter of hours.

Support & Aftercare
After an installation has been completed a customer will receive full aftercare of the product led by the Post Installation Manager. This will include any training, distribution of guides and materials (including videos) and also a series of ‘health checks’ to make sure Mailsafe is performing as required.

If any problems or queries arise the Mailsafe support team is available between the hours of 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday via the dedicated ticketing system, email and by phone.

Mailsafe will provide the customer with a set of guides and other useful documentation to help with the transfer of knowledge and to also help project manage with simple timelines (text and graphical) included. These are to be used as a starting point and as a pointer to how Mailsafe as a project could be planned and scheduled.
