Email Archiving With Personal Folders

Unique to Mailsafe is the facility to archive emails from the user’s Personal Folders and attach the Personal Folder details to the archived email.

This facility makes searching and finding archived emails a lot easier for many users because they become dependent on their own Personal Folder filing system. Often users do not want to lose the connection to their Personal Folders when an email is archived.

Each user’s Personal Folder structure is replicated and updated every time that there is a change or addition.

Searching based on Personal Folders can be combined with the Generic searching fields i.e. From Date, To Date, FROM Email Address, TO Email Address, Subject Text, Message Text (phrase as well as individual words) as well as more advanced Attachment File Name searches.

This module also works with user side archiving but is not available with ‘Compliance’ modules.
